- Entrepreneurship education
- Social entrepreneurship – e.g. we supported Jacaranda Workshop which manufactures and exports various items in order to generate income for the mentally challenged by purchasing the trophies from the workshop.
- SME sector and Entrepreneurship development – we plan to use trends emerging from database to promote the development of SME friendly policies. Recently, we contributed data for use in the Nairobi Stock Exchange’s proposal for the creation of a special market segment for NSEs.

Members of the Top 100 are encouraged to support Junior Achievement Kenya's efforts to mentor the youth and prepare them the working and business world. Nation Media Group and KPMG Kenya will also work with Junior Achievement in its objective of having a Business Hall of Fame so as to promote recognition, by the youth, of the valuable contribution that entrepreneurs make to economic growth.
