On completion of the data analysis and ranking of the Top 100, a conference is held on the day prior to or on the day of the Gala Awards. The purpose of the conference is to provide networking, marketing and educational opportunities as well as give the Top 100 an opportunity to listen to a successful local and/or international entrepreneur.
